Ang parisukat, humiwa
(The square, it sliced through)
Sa diwang kanlong ng kalawakang
(The mind/essence held by the universe)
Nagmamahal sa walang hanggan
(That loves the infinite)
Nagbubunyi sa kalayaan
(That celebrates freedom)

(It bled, Became constricted)
Nagsinghap, Nalimot
(Gasped, Became forgotten)
Naging parisukat
(Became a square)
Nagtamlay, Nawala
(Became frail, Disappeared)

Subalit ang kabog ng kalooban
(However, the beat inside)
Patuloy sa pagkalampag
(Continuously pounded)
Walang sukat
(Has no measure)
Walang harang
(Has no barrier)

Katulad ng ilog, ng hangin,
(Like the river, air)
Ng lupa, at ng apoy,
(Earth and fire)
Patuloy ang pagdaloy
(Continuously flowing)
Patuloy ang pag-badya
(Continuously asserting)

(What square will stop)
Sa laki ng balaghang malaya
(The vastness of magical freedom)
Anung parisukat ang magtatakip
(What square will cover)
Sa walang hanggang pag-apaw
(The infinite overflow)

Subalit ang syang parisukat
(However, the square)
Ay sya ring nagyayari
(Also constitutes)
Sa gawa ng sangkalikasan
(The construction of the universe)
Sa likhang walang hanggan
(The creation of the infinite)
